Our Story
Cantas was founded by Sezai and Lifai Cantaş in 1957 as a luggage manufacturing facility. Cantas, being one of the first luggage manufacturers in Turkey , has continued its growth by producing wallets and briefcases.
Cantaş still provides service in the production of bags and suitcases on Mercan slope, with its wholesale and retail stores in Eminönü.
The first suitcase store was opened in Sirkeci / Eminönü and still continues to operate.
Cantas continues its operations under the name of Cantas Saraciye Mamulleri San. ve Tic. A.S. since 1984.
It started to export to Germany in 1989 and to various countries in the following years and still continues.
After 1995, it started to open a retail store in order to reach the consumer directly.
Cantaş, which still continues its production in Güneşli / Bağcılar factory; It continues to serve its customers in its retail stores on Sirkeci, Beylikdüzü and Mercan slopes.
